Electricity produced by different sized wind turbines

Hi everyone its Becky again,

Now everyone must be asking, how much electricity is produed from a single wind turbine?
Well, a 10-KW (kilowatt) wind turbine can generate about 10,000KWh (kilo watts an hour) annually at a site with wind speeds averaging at 12 miles per hour, about enough electricty to power a typical household. Whereas a 5-KW turbine can produce more than 15 million KWh in a year, enough electricity to power more than 1,400 households.

Now that is a lot of electricity don't you think?

This is proberly my last post for today, 31 minutes till school finishes YAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
